Daily Productions Update 6.26.2006
Lots of things have been happening since the last time I put up an update about Daily Productions. Currently Chris and I have shot about 1/8 of the total script. Most of these scenes only involved one or both of the main characters so a skeleton crew was just needed for it. If you have sent in an email with info just be patient. We will get to contacting you, we have just had a nice response from everyone and with our schedules it takes time to look at all the information.
Now talking with the NC Film Office about helping with locations. They seem pretty nice and helpful.
Some very exciting news here, Daily Productions has spoken with the Edenton Brewing Company about use of their logo, name, product and image through some of our shoots and they have agreed to provide them. The guys at the brewery are really awesome to talk to, helpful, and pretty cool people. Took a tour of the brewery which was fun.One of the scenes needing to be filmed will require a bar/tavern to shoot in, we believe that it will be possible to use the Horniblow's Tavern, which is hooked onto the brewery, to film in. I encourage you all to visit the tavern Myspace account (in my friends list) as well as their website at http://www.horniblowstavern.com/ . Also you can visit the Edenton Brewing Company at their website http://www.edentonbrewing.com/. They have some really great beer that I suggest you try.
Still looking for a production assistant and about to see someone tonight about that as well as meeting with an actor tonight. We are still open to getting more people in on the project so keep visiting the website and writing in with the interest cards, headshots and whatever else ya want to say or ask. Time for me to take off but until next time yall take care.
